It was a pleasure performing for this year’s Chemistry Industry Association of Canada 2019 Conference in the stunning Grand Hall at the Canadian Museum of History.
The Azrieli School of Architecture and Urbanism is one of the most unique buildings and events I play each year. The annual “Dinner in the Street” celebration honours Carleton University “Master of Architecture” students on the completion of their thesis defense.
This was the third event I have performed at for CREA, the Canadian Real Estate Association. The annual “President’s Dinner” brings the current and former presidents of the organization to Ottawa from all across Canada.
This amazing gala marked the 100th anniversary of Canadian women securing the vote. It was an incredible honour to perform for this unprecedented gathering of women in politics from across Canada, including former Prime Minister Kim Campbell.
A little introduction for those who don’t know me. I am a full-time musician with over 15 years in the event biz. I am originally from Toronto and studied classical piano with the Royal Conservatory of Music from the age of 6.
Leading into the 2019 wedding season, I thought I would make some videos of my most requested wedding songs. As we get further into 2019, the “most requested” list may change a bit with trends, but this is what I’m seeing so far.
Highlights from 2018 include the Ottawa Sport Hall of Fame Gala, Kid Food Nation Gala, Consumers Choice Gala, and many high-profile weddings & events at Chateau Laurier including their Easter & Mother’s Day Brunches & Christmas Tea & Dinner.
Hightlights from 2017 include Parliamentary events, several high-profile galas, a farewell to Rona Ambrose at Stornoway Residence, Westin’s launch of their new venue Twenty-Two, and Christmas party for US Ambassador to Canada, Kelly Craft.
Highlights from 2016 include Stonefield’s Estate launch of their new Loft venue, the first-ever wedding at the Montreal night club New City Gas, Ottawa U Alumni Gala, Global Affairs Christmas Gala, and the Noel en Noir Industry party.
Highlights from 2015 include several galas such as the Furball gala, many beautiful weddings & private parties, a special Christmas dinner for Federal Court judges, and winning for “Best Live Music” at the Ottawa Wedding Awards.
